Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted only for wheels in new, unmounted condition, in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Wheels that have been mounted, driven on, drilled, center bored, custom finished or modified in any way cannot be returned.

Custom and forged orders
All custom forged orders (MRR Forged Series, MRR Executive Series, NES Forged, and any wheel that is custom drilled, custom finished or built to order) are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded once production has started.

How to return
Email info@mrrwheels.com or call 323-887-8600 with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense. Return shipping is paid by the customer, freight prepaid, to MRR Design Wheels Corp., 6334 Chalet Drive, Commerce, CA 90040. Pack the wheels in the original boxes with proper protection. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or by the shipping carrier.

Restocking fee
Returned merchandise without an offsetting replacement order is subject to a 20% restocking fee on the net purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after that for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping damage
Inspect your wheels when they arrive. If a wheel is damaged in shipping, contact us within 72 hours of the confirmed delivery date with photos of the box and the wheel. We cover the full cost of exchanging a shipping damaged wheel, and the replacement ships once the damaged wheel arrives at our facility. Damage reported more than 72 hours after delivery cannot be accepted as shipping damage.

Wrong item received
If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover the full cost of getting you the right product.

Warranty
Wheels are covered for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Full terms are on our warranty page.
