FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most about MRR Wheels, MRR Forged and NES Forged wheels. Still have a question? Contact us or call 323-887-8600, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

Ordering and pricing

Is the price per wheel or per set?
Prices on our wheel pages are per wheel unless the page says per set. Choose quantity 4 for a full set, or 2 of each width for a staggered set. Vehicle sets, such as our Corvette C8, Camaro and Tesla Model 3 sets, are priced per set of four.

Where can I buy center caps, lug nuts and lug bolts?
Replacement center caps are sold per cap. For lug hardware, add a compatible lug nut or bolt set to your wheel order and tell us your vehicle in the order notes, or shop lug nuts and bolts.

Can I order a custom finish or custom drilling?
Many designs can be custom finished or custom drilled. Contact us for options and pricing. Custom painted, powder coated and custom drilled items cannot be returned.

Fitment

Will these wheels fit my car?
Every wheel page lists the sizes, bolt patterns, offsets and center bores we offer. Contact us with your year, make and model and we will confirm the right size and offset before you order.

What does PCD | ET | CB mean?
PCD is the bolt pattern, ET is the offset in millimeters and CB is the center bore in millimeters. For example, 5x114.3 | 35 | 73.1 means a 5x114.3 bolt pattern, a +35 mm offset and a 73.1 mm center bore.

Do I need hub centric rings?
If your vehicle hub is smaller than the wheel center bore, yes. Hub centric rings fill the gap so the wheel sits centered, which helps prevent vibration. See our hub centric rings and installation kits.

Do I need new lug nuts or lug bolts?
Wheels with small lug holes need spline drive lug nuts or bolts. Cars with wheel studs use lug nuts, and cars where the wheel bolts into the hub, such as most BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz models, use lug bolts. Shop lug nuts and bolts.

Do I need TPMS sensors?
If your car has a tire pressure monitoring system, fit sensors to your new wheels to keep it working. We sell TPMS sensors.

How much do MRR wheels weigh?
See MRR wheel weights for approximate weights by model and size.

What sizes and offsets are available for forged wheels?
See the MRR Forged monoblock size and offset chart and the NES Forged monoblock size chart. Bolt pattern and center bore are machined to your vehicle.

Shipping and build times

How fast do in stock wheels ship?
Most in stock MRR wheels ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping is free on wheels to the contiguous 48 states.

How long do forged wheels take?
MRR Forged and NES Forged wheels are built to order. Build time is 8 to 10 weeks from order confirmation.

Returns and warranty

What is the warranty?
Wheels are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Inspect your wheels before mounting tires, because wheels that have been mounted with tires or installed on a vehicle are not accepted for replacement under warranty. Full terms are on our warranty page.

Can I return my wheels?
Items must be in new condition and in the original packing. Customized items (custom painted, powder coated or custom drilled), wheel and tire packages and wheels that have been mounted cannot be returned, and full custom forged wheel orders are final sale. See our return policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery for shipping damage, or within 48 hours of delivery if we shipped the wrong item, and we will cover the cost to get you the right product.

How long does a refund take?
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to show on your card statement.
